Homework

School planners are issued to all pupils. These contain much useful information about the life of the school as well as pages in which pupils should record their classwork and homework. The homework timetable should also have been entered by pupils.
Pupils are instructed to have their planners available in all classes and receive points for the inter-house competition if they do so.
We ask parents to encourage pupils to make regular use of the planner for the purposes outlined above. It is helpful if parents look at planners on a regular basis.  By doing so, parents are kept up to date with the work pupils are doing in school and they can offer help and encouragement with homework.
